Its too painful to even walk...should i go for depo-medrol injection...is it safe ? i have taken all the medication for almost more then 2 years..please suggest me on this injection decision

Your pain is since 2 years and at present you are not able to walk.I would suggest you to go for MRI LS Spine and then based on your MRI study treatment can be planned either physiotherapy,injection depomedrol or surgery.Injection depomedrol is widely used but it has its own limitations and complications,it's not a permanent solution also.
