Bone & Muscle problems

Due to a bike accident in the year 2009 I had broken my wrist for which the surgeon had to put a steel plate with screws to join it. But now its been 8 years. I want to know if its okay that I can join the Gym?

I think it might be cervical, i have severe pain in the left backside of my neck which carries down from left shoulder to left elbow. Entire region is in continuos pain. It lasts for 40 days approx once started. Frequency is atleast once a month. Sometimes i fail to move my neck at all, shoulder & arm pain doesnt allow me to drive also. What to do?

Two month ago I was suffering from toe and knee pain my doctor Rx me zyloric and deflazacort because my uric acid level was almost 7 now toe and knee pain is ok but I am suffering from back pain last twenty days.i want to know is it due to my high uric acid label or other problems please help me what I would do.

Suferring from ankolysis spondylitis since 16 years. HLAB27 positive. My present age 35. Iron vitamin D3 also low. C reactive protein is high as 120. Too much pain in legs knee and joints. One doct suggest me to take injection EPIROSE1000. Should i take this injection ? Any side effect? Pls give suitable sugestion .

I have been suffering from shoulder injury.i consulted an physiotherapist bt he suggested me to first visit a orthopedist .Actually I have injured my shoulder muscle and stiffness and pain are very severe

Brisk walk and jog resulted in swelling and pain in my leg..i consulted a doctor ..He said it must be a torned meniscus...But after 13 days i got MRI done and then he said I have got stress fracture and he gave me vitamin D substitute to be taken twice a week and calcium and fracfix capsule daily and prescribed complete bed rest

Good morning sir, i am 26 year old. from last week continuously there is pain in my waist. on up and down it increase pain. what the problem is this. is this normal pain or may be chances of some other big issue.
