Bone & Muscle problems

I am having back pain since last one week. I regularly go to gym. I hope it is because of the strain in the muscle. Not sure. I am getting the pain on left side of my lower back.

On may 29, I had my patella partially dislocated for 2 time(1st in 2009, under which blood was sucked out and was in plaster for 3 weeks). In d 2nd episode too, blood was sucked out from knee joint, but there where no plaster. Mri was done and it's finding was patellar instability due to trochlear dysplasia. Sec doc told meitis mpfl tear. Solution?

My son has been in some pain for over 18months with his leg I've had him go they say growing pains but I not happy

Uric Acid during the latest test found around 7.3, please suggest what to be avoided specially food items & what to be added to daily food items. Moreover any suggestion of tablet for Uric acid reduction will also be helpful for me. Thanks.

My father is facing feet pain particularly under heel area every day ( mostly in morning and gradually reduces ). We have been to couple of doctors but haven't got any satisfactory results. We had changed his slippers to MCR slippers upon suggestion of a doctor but it was not helpful. He is not diabetic and has a very healthy lifestyle with regular exercise. The main problem is we are unable to completely understand what's the condition and how to proceed with it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My mom of 54 years has been diagnosed spinal tb before 2 weeks and under medication. Though she is feeling relief from pain but now her left leg doesn't move and couldn't move for urinary discretion too. We have to carry her difficulty for the same. Please suggest whether a symptom of paralysis and what we have to do further treatment?
