I am 26 year old and i have been doing power yoga and zumba for a month. Last week, while doing Zumba i felt a sudden jerk in my knee. I thought it would be fine, so i only applied volini a couple of times. It has been a week and the pain has not gone completely. Also there is no swelling or anything in my knee.

Since you are having knee pain since a week it can be a meniscal or a ligament injury.
You need to visit a physiotherapist for proper diagnosis
Continue with icing and avoid movements on your knee as it will aggrevate the problem.
A knee brace for support will be helpfull
