Hi recently, I started doing Zumba and I feel a lot of pain in the areas around my feet and knee (ankle areas). Although I have danced a lot in life before yet Zumba is like a heavy workout where you have to jump a lot. Whenever I dance, my feet hurts a lot! And afterwards my right knee pains. I am 4'11 and my weight is 46. My feet is very small in size, so is my bone structure. Could you please help me with a remedy so that I can dance without any pain.
