Knee pain - weak muscles
Hi I am 33 female recently had knee pain after I was back from vacation..wondering if I have patella chondromalacia? And should I restrict myself from gym n sitting down n all? Although it doesn't cause me pain..but worried if it will make matter worse?

Check blood vit d , calcium Stop gym till you get blood report. Then we can plan the treatment.  Till that time take zerodol p tablet one tab two times a day after food.

• Active Joint Range of Motion Exercises-Full flexion/Extension to be achieved at 1 week, followed by Static and Dynamic Quadriceps/Hamstring Exercises. Deep Heat Therapy-Local USG (0.5-4 W/sq.cm for 5-10 mins), SWD/MWD-3 Times per week for 4 weeks, TENS/Infrared. • Watch for increased Pain/Swelling/Stiffness/Redness/Fever. If present, visit the nearest hospital immediately. • Avoid ground-level activities like squatting and cross-leg sitting. Use English/sitting commode for toilet activities.
