I was practicing yoga and suddenly felt like my left knee got displaced. After some massages for weeks, I started feeling better and was able to walk with no pain.
It's been 2.5 months now, but I am not able to run or practice yoga. When I walk, after 3000 steps I feel affect in my knee.
Do I need any treatment or will it get better with time slowly?
I am also on Deflazacort past few months

You might have had internal derangement of the knee at the time of initial injury.
If you are feeling pain or instability after activity, it is a sign ligament or meniscus injury.
Next Steps
Consult an orthopedic surgeon near you for detailed history, examination and relevant investigations.
Till then, use a knee support or a hinged knee brace for support while walking.
Also, please specify why are you on Deflazacort- is it for the knee issue or something else.

Deflazocort is a steroid. If it's for pain, then it's unnecessary to take that for this injury. If the knee has dislocated there is a high chance of ligamentous injury within and around the knee along with meniscal injury. Physical examination is required to know the status of the knee
Next Steps
MRI of the left knee joint
Health Tips
Do not Massage. consult an orthopaedic surgeon along with the MRI
