Very bad lower back pain after sneezing, unable to walk. What is the remedy. Is it bone problem or muscle catch?

I have been getting pain in my shin bones from 2008. Actually, I am a Volleyball player. I do high jumps, football, kho kho, 100m dash and 4 X 100m relay, I play cricket also. Hello, Not sure if it is my muscle or the bone. The pain is excruciating between 9.30-10.30am and it starts from the knee. I get sparks and the pain continues on the top of my thigh all the way down towards the bottom of my left leg (shin and calf). I have a blood test booked in 2 weeks time however was wondering if you think what this might be?
