She is having pain in right knee with a light swelling not able to food her legs. She has not fallen but have a swell and pain..

I have been suffering from severe knee joint pain for past one month.I consulted two doctors. Both of them said that it is due to nutritional deficiency. They gave para and omega fatty acid tablet. Even after taking those tablets, I am not feeling better. I feel like my knees are catching while walking,cracking sound when bending my legs.

When I sit down for a long while the side of my left butt starts hurting it's been happening lately also when I stand up for a long time my shin on my left leg starts hurting I don't what it is or what to do
