Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having pain at my hip bone this is all because i fall on ground playing football and gotinjured at my back , i falled parallel to ground and now i am is not able to make a good jump . what should i do now

Occur pain in right side of neck during moving back , it occur pain in upper part of chest also During pussing right shoulder to back occur some pain in shoulder plate on right side

There is a pain in my knees . Not on joint but right above my left knee and on my right knee. Also my right knee cracks( चटकना) often about twice a day. I'm 31 yrs and i dont feel it shud be ortho problem.

I have injured one of my knee after running. Doctor diagnosed with condromallecia patellae in one knee and damaged/regeneration of cartilage. It was treated for some time by orhtopaedist and pain was relieved for some time. After a period of 3 months now the knee again started hurting. It's a bit uncomfortable on the top inner side muscles of the knee. Now the other knee is started to have some mild pain at the same point. I have stopped running, not doing any leg exercise and no much pressure. It's getting worse. Please suggest something so that I can return to normal life as I am too young to get knee related issues. Can it be recovered.?

Pain of bone one day after when tablets take normal pain less and second joint bone pain doctor check and result Osteoarthritis so please tell me

I ve been suffering from this whole body ache after 3 months of delivery. I had to do lot of homechoirs for the whole month with improper rest n till date(1& half year) the pain is persistent. Especially my lower feet n back. My lower feet pains wen i get up to walk after sleep or if i sit for a while.Kindly help!!

From last 4 months i feel little swallowing and stiffness inside the knee..while walking and at rest also...it started 4 months ago when i started running..after few days i feel that problem..i do all my daily work easily..but there feel inside the knee..there is no injury in past..what should i do now?
