Hi sir..Last month on July 23, I got injured my left knee while playing cricket and I was feeling buckle or instability in my knee. I was unable to put pressure on my knee. I have done my MRI by consulting one of the doctor and the same MRI report is attached for your reference. Doctor said the acl ligament reconstruction required but I am looking for any non surgical way to cure this. Is this possible with auyrveda? Kindly help.

Acl reconstruction needed only if you have instability/locking/pain after doing physio..ligament will not heal up as Acl does not have its own blood supply..you have to compensate it with other muscles..what ever you do ayurveda or homeopathy..unless you exercise it's off no use..and will not heal up..
