MR findings reveal disc dessication with focal postero-central discogenic protrusion at l4-l5 level effacing ventral csf column. No other significant osseous abnormality, Extrinsic neuronal compression or intramedullary signal abnormality seen.

It means that there is Mild disc bulge with not much nerve compression.
