Dear doc,
I suffered from lower back pain in end April doing household chores. This got sorted in a few days. Then in end June while weight training, I experienced intense lower back pain - which resulted in me fainting for a few seconds out of intense pain. It reduced in intensity after a week's rest. However it's still sporadic, and gives tingling (bone) pain, especially in the left side of the lower back, after some activity. Kindly advise.
Thanks,
Karan
