Nvestigation : X-Ray Right Foot with ankle AP / Lateral Results : Bony ankylosis of tibio-talar and talo-fibular joint seen with loss of normal ankle mortice, reduced joint space and osteophytosis with subchondral erosions and sclerosis. Distal 1/3rd of tibia is showing subtle internal lucency with inhomogeneous density suggesting prior intervention. Bony calcaneal spur is seen. Talus appears deformed with loss of subtalar space. Small bone fragment is seen anterior to distal talus.

Having pain in lower back X-ray report attached for last 2 days. Is there any serious problem with this. How much time takes to recover

I got compression fracture of (D12 )10 weeks back, I chose conservative treatment rather than the operation. I still wearing the brass during day ti,. my problem is the pain although I am on zaldiar, mydocalm and brufen 600 mg daily. when could I start having physiotherapy and when the pain will subside. Had a CT scan due to major back and left leg pain. I am fused from L3-S1 and both SI joints. What does this mean "Status post SI joint arthrodesis with threaded cage spacers in place. There is loosening of the sacral side of right spacer margin and cystic/sclerotic changes involving inferior aspect of both SI joints with fused superior joint spaces. No fractures identified."

Sir , I have my mom's MRI report and it says that she has l5-s1 diffuse disc buldging, causin thecasl sac indentation and bilateral neural formamina. What can I do to cure her ??
