I hit my elbow joint with a bar while swinging my arm. It didn't pain much. A small area was swollen and I felt pain only when the swollen region was pressed hard. The swelling and pain disappeared in 3 weeks. I tried to do push ups after 3 weeks, and felt a slight discomfort around the region of injury. After repeated push ups, I felt slight pain and discomfort in moving the muscles above my elbow. I didn't do push ups for 2 months, until today. I still feel a very slight sensation in my elbow

Hi Good morning, I have suspected AVN of left hip with with very early stage.There is a very less pain in the hip joint while uplifting the leg.Doc has suggested me some kind of surgery. So i want to know is there any way to cure this without surgery.Report is saying that Osteonictrotic area is involving less than 15% of the left femoral head.Please suggest. I have started jogging. on the first day started paining my right knee.there is no pain when i go for walking.should i stop jogging or  continue. i heard that dairy products harm joints. is it true.please answer me

Hello Doc, I had a MCL ligament injury 3 months back and it was almost healed. Yesterday I was kneeling down in the bed and I wasn't able to walk after that. Iam able to stand properly though. I took combiflam last night. Kindly advise what I should do now. Thanks and regards, Prem

Today, when my mother got up from the bed and started walking, the area which is right beside and below her left knew srarted hurting, and therefore couldn't walk any further. I applied Volini on that area and she started feeling better. But in the evening the pain got a little worse and now she is NOT able to fold her left leg. What is it happening? PLEASE SUGGEST SOME HOME REMEDIES for the time being, because NO doctor is available in our area in Sunday evening. Please reply ASAP.
