I had a tib/fib break this summer
During April/ May track season iwas in triple jump and had super bad shin splints. June 16 i broke my tibia in an atv accident . Culd having shin splints made it easier for my bones to break? and would it be a good idea to return to triple jump agai.

I have been told my doctors that I have scoliosi I'm in the "gray zone". When i relax my body my shoulders and hips are not parallel. There is about a 45° tilt. I.e I was told to walk towards the wall I would end up in the corner. Is there anything I could do about it

Middle finger is hurting when I move it.
My finger is swelling up, i can see bruises in between where the intermediate phalanges and the proximal phalanges(searched it up, don't know if that's what its called). when i move my finger i get pains right from the bruised area. I was thinking that it was a sprain but i'm not sure.
