Minor Knee Pain while walking
Hi last month my shoe lace stuck into the gears, and when I tried to reach my foot to the ground it didnt reached and I felled down. Bike was not moving fortunately. but when I felled my knee got twisted a bit. That day my knee was paining a lot. The pain existed for two days after that it was fine but later I am sensing minor pain sometimes when take longer walks. I am sensing near side of the knee. Although it is not so severe that I cant walk but I am scared that it will grow.
Please help
