Kindly do knee exercises. To cofirm diagnosis you need yo be further investigated, which is really not indicsted.

Hello, based on the Xray’s. Your joint line looks healthy along with patellar morphology. Chondromalacia Patellae could be present, but may require you to get an MRI done if you wish to confirm it. Usually, the diagnosis would be based on combination of your symptoms, examination finds and investigations.
Next Steps
Should you choose to confirm, get an MRI done. Or continue with physiotherapy.
Health Tips
Complete the physio and medical treatment.

It can be chondromalacia patella but for that MRI scan is required. However at this point I would suggest you to continue with excercise as even if it is present it will be under control.
