Getting a pain at back of head as down to near thorax back part ,pain feels like pinching like sharp needle

Please suggest a doctor for cure below problem. Fusion of the bilateral facet joints from C4 to C7 levels.

My age is 27 year. My knee aches when i stand up. And sometimes when i am tired

Yesterday when I awaked I feel some pain at the tip of foot after that I ignored it done my routine work but I felt pain whole day.Now pain is increase and I can't able to walk kindly give me a suggestion of cure and which type of doctor should I consult?

Low grade partial thicknes tear in ACL in it mid part, Sprain of PCL,Low grade partial thickness of medial patellar retinaculm,Mild subcontaneous edema in anrterior aspect of knee joint,Bony avulsion fracture near it tibial attachmnt as describ abv,Mild effusion in joint & adjacent bursa,Contusional changes in popliteus muscle tear insertion tibia.

Pain in legs,hands,headche,fewer every time. Cold,joint pain , have problems in talking also.

My lower back hurts, hips hurt and then the pain makes its way to inner knee and thigh.

How to save your knees for long term or long age? I have seen many of my elders facing knee problems in their 50-60 age? They even don't sit on ground. Please suggest good advises for youngsters like me. What we can do to avoid so that we could not face such issues in that age?

Hi, as per my MRI report, my left posterolateral disc bulges at c5/6 & c6/7 levels indenting the thecal sac with left forminal encroachment. Mild posterior disc bulges at c3/4, c4/5 & c7/d1 levels. Kindly suggest what does this mean & how can this be cured
