My wife suffers from rheumatoid arthritis from age 10.now she has excessive pains in joints early morning while getting up from bed.once she is moving the pain gradually subsidizes.what is the best way to overcome this suffering?

Acid reflux-like symptoms, touch-sensitive pain on what is assumed to be Xiphoid process, prior issue with rotator cuff, experiencing pain in joint-region primarily in left arm. Caused discomfort after eating, tight chest, shortness of breath. Able to generally breath fine, but slightly short of breath here and there.

For the past few weeks I have been having bad pain in my wrist. The pain goes up and down my arm, and my wrist goes numb. Sometimes I can't move my wrist because it hurts. I have a job where I ring out a mop with a mop bucket and I also have to carry heavy plates.

I bended too much backwards my back 4 years ago. I did mri on that time is normal. After one year pain was continuos. I did another mri that is mild disc bulge at l4 l5. Dictor said that it was normal. Some physiotherapy recomended. Pain gradually downed. Now when i have done back bending asanas. Now problem restarted. When i am going on bike in staright posture there is some pain and when i am in normal posture sitting pain is less. I did another mri but result same mild disc bulge at l4 l5

My mri shows I have mild reduction of L4L5 S 1 level inditating anterior thecal space.I am a teacher. What should I do? My job is lot of bending cutting of chart papers.& I have a problem of cold & cough every month

Jumped over a fence last night and a spike went through my shoe and into my foot it hurt so much but i was out with friend away and stayed out walkibg on it, it is unbelievable pain I can't walk on my foot at all. What do i do

I’ve had 3 surgeries on my right arm and 1 surgery on my right wrist. Due to me breaking my right arm 10 years ago. I had physical therapy but still to this day I can’t bend or straighten it at all. My arm has been in a slanted position all these years. One doctor told me that I have a lot of scar tissue so it could be harder to fix. My first surgery was for the rod implementation that was supposed to fix it but my arm does not move. Is there anyone that can help me? I just want a normal life.

My aunty was attacked by polio at her childhood age.. She slipped from chair & got injured in her head so she can't walk properly... Is there is any treatment to walk properly..
