MRI report conclusion below: Partial tear is seen in anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, Grade 2 injury seen in both horns and grade 3 injury been in posterior horn of medial meniscus, Both contusions / edema is seen within medial tibial platue, Effusion is seen within the tibio femoral and patello femoral joints.

On Thursday 25th October 17 I fell down a set of granite steps and landed on my tail bone. Ever since I have found it extremely difficult to sit down, lay down and stand up. How can I know if I’ve fractured it or just bruised it?

I am facing heel pain issue from the last couple of months. I can walk and run but this pain is always there except when I rest. When I rub the heel the pain increases . I don't see any swell or lump. It's just it hurts and that too on exactly back heel at one point only. I am facing this issue in both my legs. P.S I hit the  gym.

Hello, if i rotate my right shoulder then it rotates normally but if i rotate my left shoulder after half rotation when arms are straight above and if agin i rotate it to more extent then i slips and dont rotate normally Please give me solution for this!!

I am a distance runner and I oftenly feel pain in my calf musles and constant  pain in tibia and fibula ... I always do proper stretchings  and I have taken proper rest for months many times and when I start running again after feeling totally fine , the pain in lower leg bones start again after a while and it becomes a hindrance in my training...I cant stop running and I want my legs to be totally fine for running so I can train more hard ... I became worried and tense many a times  because running is my passion .... I want a permanent solution to this problem Can anyone help me ?

I am suffering join pain only on both knee. my age is now 34 year. I was athletic person in school and college time, running 4-5 km daily, normal road or Street. Last 3 years I was started badminton playing at cemented and soil courts. I felt last 6 months ago, after playing, felt severe pains in joints, uncomfortable with stairs updown . I don't know is it types of arthritis or Norma symptoms etc. I don't know, which pathy (allo, ayverdic or homeo) is suitable for treatment, please I need suggestions about that, I am also worry .

Right heel hurts when walking. The pain is specially intense early in the morning, right after waking up. This has been happening for 2 months now. It doesn't impede any physical activity but is a niggling pain.
