MRI report Impression are below
- high grade partial tear of the carnial third of the ACL
-Grade 1 sprain of the tibial collateral ligament
-Osseous contusions in the lateral femoral condylopatellar sulcus, posterior medial & lateral tibial plasteaus
-Meniscal contusion is seen in posterior horn of the medial meniscus
-moderate joint effusion
The ortho i visited has suggested for a surgery. Is there an alternative other than surgery. If no then what will the cost of the surgery

Surgical reconstruction is the best option if you want to be normal again. Cost of surgery depends on implants, hospital package etc.
