Fractured fibular head due to car hit
I was diagnosed with a fracture at the fibular head. I've been doing physio for 3 months. The pain is not going away and seems worse when doing certain activities. MRI shows no tears in the ligaments. What else could be wrong? The bones itself still hurts

What you may be suffering from is neurological pain as nerve damage may occur near fibular neck region
Because generally head fracture heals with minimal residual pain
But to give you an better answer need to view x rays and mri and exact region of pain in your body and what discomfort caused by it
