Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having pain in my foot for around a month, then recently discovered that the inside of my right foot has a hard bump where the pain is.

I have lower and upper back pain from 2 year and it get worse when i pick something heavy and it get relax when i sleep on bed

Since long time i am having constant leg pain. I think it is more than a year i have consulted to many docs n gone with many check ups like mri etc. Need ur help

I work in the IT industry and my work involves sitting for longer periods. I experience too much pain during early mornings. Pain mostly occurs in upper back and sometimes in the lower back also. I go for early morning walks which gives reliefs for a brief duration only. Please suggest if I should do any specific exercise or do I need a medication. Due to this I have difficulties in giving my 100 % at job and home.

I've been suffering from knee injury for last 3 years. This year I got MRI test and found that it is an MCL injury and tendon too. It pains and I'm uncomfortable with it since I can't run because of pain and the knee has been swelled...

For the last 8 years iv been having these on and off pains in my right leg. My right hand aches have just started recently. These aches are so intense that i am sometimes unable to walk ( for leg pains) or use my hand for anything. I thought they occured cause of the cold but i noticed they ache all time of the year. With my right leg its only below the knee so my calf and the sides of my leg. I am unsure of the pain. Sometimes i feel like its my veins that ache and sometimes my bones.

Sometime my backpain is at lower back sometimes it at upperside. no fixed place. mostly happened at the morning time and while going to bed. stiffness is also there

I've been suffering from shoulder-chest (the point between shoulder and chest) pain for 1 year. I've previously done MRI and had an inflammation in the Biceps tendon. I rested for a long time but the pain is still there. I took anti-inflammatory and did physiotherapy with very little improvement.
