I bent my knee inward playing football and now the top outer side of me knee hurts. What should I do? This happened about 12 days ago.

Am having lower back pain for more than 10 years, am 29yrs old. Before 3 years went for treatment, took x-ray, he told as Sprain.. Dr told me to complete bed rest for a week, then am OK. Now after my delivery again lower back pain started its Siviere, not able to wake up.. Pain continues for minimum 5 to 10 minutes. Feels like slowly pain transfers to my tigh, leg (max right side?).. Also am having neck and shoulder pain.. Tell me Wat treatment I have to go? It's a big problem to worry?

Hello, since I was two years old my pinky finger on my right hand developed something called "boutonnieres deformity" or "camptodactyly" in which my pinky finger cannot straighten out like the others. After growing up with my finger like this my whole life a doctor told me that it is too late for my finger to "go back to normal" and if he performed any surgery on it, my finger will lose any movement it has and it will not be straightened out. Is there any hope that my finger can kinda be normal?
