Bone & Muscle problems

I am a runner and think that I have a stress fracture. Hurts too much to be a shin splint.

I am having pain in both forearm including figures and wrist since April. I tried physiotherapy, no improvement. Dr. said I have tendenitis. Please suggest what to do

I feel pain when i throw the cricket ball, and even i cant sleep from that shoulder, even i feel pain while driving and i also feel pain while moving the shoulder

I met with accident few years ago and doctors had to do skin grafting on my knee and above that. However during the skin graft process, doctor apply the graft on straight leg and as a result my knee got stiffed and I am not able to bend my knee at all even slightly. I want to know what reconstructive surgery/options available to me.

I cant stretch my both arms fully. I cant make them straight and it have been more than a month.

Foot has a bump on it and is starting to harden up it gives me pain when I walk ,sometimes feel it go threw my calf and knee has been starting to be sore
