Sir My name is Umesh from last 2 months I went into depression but now I am alright but my sole of the feets pain a lot my vitamin d is 19.33 and i feel like inflammation and there is light back pain and my weight also decresed And I am taking medicine of vitamin D from last 30 to 40 days sir please guide me
