I have been experiencing severe pain and swelling on knee joints and wrist joints. I had consulted a rhuematologist and he had advised me medicines HCQS 200 WYSOLONE 5 MG FOLVITE 5MG And ETOVA 400 DAILY FOLITRAX .5 MG SAT SUN SINCE last 5 months. But the pain in the joints is gone worse. When I take Etova 400 I get some relief for a day or so.After that the pain is back to its original.I had a blood checkup in May 17 for ANA and the reports were positive for ratio 1:1000. Please advise

I had surgery on my right ankle and they made a 2” incision, long story short, whenever I shower or stand too long then it starts to sting/itch. The only thing that makes it stop is sitting down.
