I ve having a joint pain from last 7 year,1 year before i was paralysed, now i am quite ok only i ve joint pain

20 DAYS BACK I BROUGHT DOWN WHILE STEPS TO DROP, SLOWLY PAIN IS STARTING NOW.PLEASE ADVISE ME

Hello Doctor, I'm writing from Gulbarga, Karnataka. My dad aged 70 years suffering from joint pain both legs. we have consultant to doctor and suggested joint replacement. Because of fear and age he is not ready for surgery. He is taking following ayurved tablets (Rumawin oil,  Bonrich capsule,  orthother). I fear this might contain pain killer. Please suggest some alternate treatment.

Sweelig in knees and ankel,tense nerve behind knee.Sudden pain in wrists which increases upwards in both hands,fingures got numb(सुन्न पड़ जाना).Rheumatoid factor is 766.Is is also backbone related probem?.What should i do?Please help me.

I was out last night dancing and today have this red bruse like spit on the inside of my foot alongside the big toe. It hurts to toutch and walk on. Any ideas??

The neurologist has prescribed NCV test for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Any suggestions as to which is the best lab to get this done ?
