I have joint weakness When I'm sleep I feel very high disturbance Please give me medicine

Last 5 day i cant stand up easily.some difficultlies arise on wake up condition.severly pain in spine.this condition is very frequent in some days.

I've been experiencing on and off pain in my knees for about a year now. the first i noticed it was when I was in japan walking for quite a while in the cold weather. it stsrts from the back of my knee then later the front and back off my knee would hurt and be hard to move. at first it might be because of the cold and because I've been walking for quite some time. but then I also experience it when I am just going to stand up and spend most of my time sitting down. what could be the problem?

I have been in severe pain since 2 weeks, the pain started with trapezius upper left side and spread all over from neck to left hand, but I went to physiotherapist and he received me of that pain but my shoulders still hurt, is it broken ligament or tendons causing the pain, don't think the shoulder is dislocated.

5 year old injury i have two time MRI scan and injury is subscapularis tendon.
