Broke leg filled with liquids

Hello, 5 months ago. Tree fell on me and broke my leg in several places. After I hot rushed into the hospital the surgeons placed metal screws in my bones and after five days sent me in home. The problem is already 5 months my leg looks like balloon filled of water and none can tell me why.
