Back pain when I get up
Severe back. Pain for quite some time now. It is ok when walking or standing but it is pretty severe when I get up from sitting position

You age 91 yr and high chances of having osteoporosis. Ostepor causes weakening of bone specially spine and spontaneous fracture/collapse can occur.
Due to this pt do complaint of back pain specially on getting up from sitting.
You need evaluation by spine surgeon for this.
