Bone & Muscle problems

Around April time I fell on my big toe doing my trampoline routine, my big toe became swollen and very painful immediately and I couldn’t walk . My X-ray showed a creak all the way across my sesamoid bone on my right foot. I was told it’s most likely ligament damage and it’s normal to have a creak through a Sesamoid bone is this true ? The doctor put me in a Boot for 4 weeks and I took 6 weeks off trampolining. 6 mouths on I’m still with the same swollen Sesamoid throbbing pain and shootinpain

I've been having pain in my index finger since yesterday. Every time I press down on it (if I'm pushing a button or clicking a mouse or something) and when I bend it forward.

About a month i am having lower back pain after a slip and fall. Some times the pain is worse after consulting a doctor the pain reduces but not fully. Please suggest a better option

I am a 28 years old male and am having seviour back pain from past 1 year and heave leg bone pain also. I was unable to stand/walk more than 5 minutes if i stay getting back and leg pains. When I press my leg bone getting pain aswell and eyes also paining. I have consulted opthamologist he address there is no problem with eye. Please tell me what to do?

I went to get an xray on my ankle is there anyway you can put my findings in simpler words. They said "Lucency distal 5th metatarsal head could represent incomplete fusion of the epiphyseal plate rather than a non displaced fracture." I would really appreciate a simpler translation of this it is my left ankle.

Pain on my legs between knee and foot.it started since my childhood(around 7 or 8 years of age).it is more over my shin.it is aching in nature moderate severity & aggrevated during cold,prolonged standing,walking bare foot over floor .it get relieved by rest. Initially it was during night.now it occuring even during day time.it recur as short duration(5-6days) of symptoms during cold then subsides and normal inbetween the symptoms.my mother and mother's sister is also having the same symptoms
