Bone & Muscle problems

I have been drop in left median CMAP as compared to right, I have total pinching pain of back side of the neck, ribs, thai, nee joint and feet are burning sensation

Mri showed mild diffuse disc profusion at l5/s1 slightly indenting the thecal sac, early facet joints OA changes. What does this mean is lay man terms. I hurt my back at work and this is the result, I have been discharged from hospital but the pain is really bad.

I m a cricketer age 18 weight 64.snce two weeks I hv been experiencing a mild pain in the quad joint area while bowling. The pain is not there when I m running or sprinting, it only occurs when I bowling.Is there any remedy to get off frm pain.

I had severe lower back pain from last 7 days ago. Wasn't mobile,had knee pain and stiff thigh too. Then the right side of my back started paining and pain was there upto my neck (I get stiffness in the shoulder and neck sometimes)After 2 days,lower back lessened and middle back and upper back and right shoulder ached horribly. .Now, for the last 2 days, I have stiffness,pain in right side of middle back & lower back and and very stiff between shoulders. I have back pain starts from ribs of left side.Even i can not sleep on that side. It starts paining immediately. The pain is from last 4 to 5 months. I have done MRI of spine also but it is normal. Even left hand also pains sometimes. i have taken Calcium tablets as well as nasal spray of calcitonin for one month along with vit.D injections as my vit.D level was low. But after completing the course of 1 month i didn't get relif. My HLA B27 test is also negative. plz suggest wher should treat

I am doing my best to get fit again, but my calves get so tight and sore that I cannot do mor than 6km on the treadmill. I thought it could be my trainers, but I bought new Nike trainers and still get the same pains. Also getting terrible shinsplins. I am eating banana every day. What am I doing wrong?
