Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I have sever chronic pain in my legs for around 1-2 hours everyday from past 1-2 months. I'm going through a change in lifestyle as i've been walking more these days inspite of traveling most of the time by my car for past 1 year.

I get pain on my leg bones sometimes here and there It disappears when I forget it. How can it be cured?

I had LLETZ surgery on Friday, and have had an increase in painful swelling of my knees, ankles and legs that I’m unsure what to do. Have put compression stocking on, iced my knees and elevated legs with pillows.

I have a Back Pain and Muscles Pain Last 10 days, mainly its reflect on Evening.

Osteoarthritis severe in left knee.joint.please explain different surgical procedure proffered.Dr CLGARG

Had been travelling lot of late.Having back muscle spasm on left side since last friday night.Muscle contraction during night disturbing sleep. area is also tender giving pain when pressed.difficulty in movement.bending, getting up, turning in bed, deep inhalation also pains the back, rib cage when pressed pains.I am an arthritis patient and take Inmecin tablets as SOS for quick relief.this time that had not much relief..had mysopaz.giving hot compress in the effected part.pl advise.

I have pain in my back not as whole but at certain place just above tail to left side.ithink i have felt jump in bus while sitting in last row.
