I had an accident five years ago and I broke my left arm, namely by side. I did recover, but I can not stretch the arm up. I am passionate about culture and hence the question. I could do bodybuilding since my arm which can not stretch to the maximum?

Had depomedrol injection afternoon for joint pain. Before that took zanocin 400mg. As per prescription zenocin to be taken twice for typhoid. Now I'm getting vomit n diziness. Can I avoid evening zenocin or avoid it

I landed on my ankle at 90 degrees after a jump in football match. I felt a "krrcchh" in my ankle. It started swelling in an hour. It has swallon to the size slightly bigger than that of a ping pong ball. It has turnes black and purple-ish. I can move my foot a little, vertically but can't move it horizontally. It hurts!

Hello I had an accident at work on my foot it got crushed he has been weak and it still hurts and I cannot feel my little toe and I do not know if I should go back to work or not

In Feb I was diagnosed with chronic constipation, as of now things got worse as I am dealing with constipation still, but also insomnia and depression. I know my lower back pain is part of being constipated but the annoying aches in my lower back are now felt throughout my whole back. I do not crack my back several times a day, but I am cracking my back at least once or twice everyday. Is this something I should be more concerned about?

Hi, I had a accident about 10yrs ago that crushed and cut my big toe completely off. Surgeon was able to attach it back on but was totally seized. 2 weeks ago I fell and a rock about 100kg landed on same foot. 5hrs walk later i took off boot and deep cut was on side of big toe that bleed and weeped for few days and pain got worse each day for a week. 2weeks on and swelling is reducing but unable to walk without pain.

Experiencing leg and back ache since few days...my thyroid , anaemia and vitmin b3 are all normal.thighs , below waist and backache and feel like sitting after any activity...feel drained out , sleepy feeling...always my shoulders droop while walking due to low energy level.

When lifting a heavy load i got struck in my back one year ago . at that i didnt have pain but from 2 months am having pain . the pain is such a way that a sharp needle is poked in my back near the disc. And also their is pain in my right ankle even while walking .

While turning head my neck and part across neck is paining like hell. I was well but when I woke up in the morning i get into this problem.
