Hello doc, I am 19 years old man. I have Scoliosis having curvature on right side of 28.3°. So, I am asking you, should I go through a spine surgery or make it normal by exercise?

Many thanks for the query.
The only way to straighten the curve is by surgery, nothing rise will make it straight. Also at your age, the magnitude of curve is not huge and if it is not causing any problems to you, then you can leave it alone. The reasons to go for surgery is if the curve is increasing in size, if the curve is causing you any issues like breathing or painful walking or cosmetically you do not like the appearance.
At your age, you will not gain anything additional by going for surgery if the above problems are not there.
