Bone & Muscle problems

Multilevel facet joints show early changes of arthrosis. Moderate bony canal stenosis at L5 and s1 vertebral level. Mild posterior disc bulge a l4-l5 indenting ventral thecal sac.

Had been suffering from muscle tear.. got injection but pain still exists.. please help

Constant pain in knee. No fault in X-ray. swelling of tissue. Application many creams and taken so many pain killers. Visited to family doctor also. I have standing job and have to stand all day. But my right knee is so paining that tears came out of my eyes. Please tell me solutions or any medicine for it.

I broke my ulna bone due to accident and underwent surgery for the same. Post surgery during my follow up I came to know from X-ray that drill which was used during the surgery for plating broke and it was left in the bone as is. I asked the doctor he said that it will not cause any problem instead removing the same may cause problem so best option is to let it be there. Now I am worried about whether it will cause any problem down the line like any bone related issue, infection or any other thing ? What should I do in this case ? Shall I remove it or trust my doctor who says it will not affect my movement or cause any problem in future. Please advise

I am suffering from ostioarthritis for six months knee pain stiffness and swelling

My wife is having swelling in hands and feet upto calf muscle and mid to high level of pain since more than 6 months now. We consulted an orthopaedician a while ago and as suggested by him, she completed full course of Vitamin D deficiency. However, this issue wasn't resolved with this. Please suggest which area should we go to. Also, what could be the diagnosis ?

I've been suffering from joint pains from last 3 yrs approx... The latest reports of mine taken include LOW- hb haemocrit MCV MCH. ESR- 44 mm. Serology report of CRP IS positive with 8.2 mg/dl. Biochemistry reports normal.RA FACTOR NEGATIVE. HLA B27 is also negative....is the problem i suffer rheumatoid arthritis....for what kind of therapy i shud go for complete treatment of the disease...ayurvedic or homeopathy... Since allopathic medicines related to it have serious sife effects!!
