M taking tendowell as prescribed by doctor, does this medicine gain weight.

I suffered from viral fever one month ago. After 2 to 3 days got red rashes all over my body. Dengue nd chikanguniya tests was negative. Nw since one month I m suffering from accute joint pain.my blood report for ANA is strong positive. Please suggest me.

Two and a half weeks ago I rolled my ankle and heard a very loud and painful pop. There is still swelling and bruising in my ankle around the anterior talofibular ligament. There is slight numbness in the area and pain when I push on it. I can bear most of my weight on it but my ankle is most comfortable when slightly point down when I’m relaxed. It does hurt to pull my toes up and I cannot point my toes all the way down. Is this an injury I should be concerned about or will it heal on its own?

Had a cut in my little finger before 3 weeks and had three stitches.now the stitches has been removed but still the wound is not getting cleared and having pain.attached pics of the wound.Kindly advice.Thanks

My left forearm has been swollen for about two days. No other symptoms. I potentially injured my arm about a week ago as it was in pain but the swelling didn't appear until a full week later.
