I m getting sever heal pain... Now a days... Don't know what to do... Doctors prescribed pain killers only....

My right hand wrist was fractured a month ago and i went to the hospital near to my home. Doctor did plaster to my hand and yesterday plaster was taken out but they joint my wrist by twisting so now my wrist is not straight as before . I told them but they said it is impossible to make straight again as before . so please give me a suggestion and all details,information about it. Now what should i do ? how can i make my wrist straight. please give me the best suggestion. Thank u..

Sir i have been back pain for 8 months.....now it is civier pain.......my 1sr MRI Shown only " Disc bulge at L5S1 level with neural foromina compromise nd disc dessication at L5S1"...amd the 2nd MRI shown " At l5s1 level postero central disc protrusion with belateral facet joint orthropathy without nerve root compression or signigicant secondry spinal canel stenosis..... Sir ...will it recovered 100% ...bcz i m too worry about it

I've back pain just behind my Chest cavity(on spine) The pain is at just a perticular point and feels worst when touched. And when I have congestion the pain is severe. Slight pain is there since 3-4 months ...it has grown severe since past week. No Fever No Loss of apatite No Weight loss Are these symptoms of SPINAL CORD TUBERCULOSIS??

Mri shows mild bulge with left paracentral protrusion is seen in L5-S1 disc indenting the ventral thecal sac and displaces the left emerging S1 nerve root. The bulge disc also lies in close comtact to bilateral extraforaminal L5 exiting nerve root. No canal or foraminal stenosis is seen

I had fallen from 2stairs and had swollen right leg ankle , but after 2weeks it was fine . and I am able to walk and run. but suddenly sometimes I get a spams and I can't move right leg

I am going gym everyday. When I do bench press I feel sound popping on my shoulder joint when I lift heavy. Mainly when I do incline bench press chest excercises I feel a lot of sound popping in my joint. I don't know whether my shoulder is weak or do I have to take scan for my shoulder bone. Please advice me to solve this issue. Thank you!
