Sweelig in knees and ankel,tense nerve behind knee.Sudden pain in wrists which increases upwards in both hands,fingures got numb(सुन्न पड़ जाना).Rheumatoid factor is 766.Is is also backbone related probem?.What should i do?Please help me.

Hello Doctor, I'm writing from Karnataka. My dad aged 70 years suffering from joint pain both legs. we have consultant to doctor and suggested joint replacement. Because of fear and age he is not ready for surgery. He is taking following ayurved tablets (Rumawin oil,  Bonrich capsule,  orthother). I fear this might contain pain killer. Please suggest some alternate treatment.

I was out last night dancing and today have this red bruse like spit on the inside of my foot alongside the big toe. It hurts to toutch and walk on. Any ideas??
