Bone & Muscle problems

My ankle got twisted while playing basketball... For a week i thought that it was normal ankle sprain and did icing and applied volini.. But still pain was not consistent so i then consulted a doctor.. He told that it was the case of ligament tear and since the time for plaster was gone, he told me to wear ankle binder for 2 weeks and prescribed serra-d tablet for a week... Its been a while now but still there is swelling on the ankle and it pains when i rotate my ankle. What should i do?

Last Friday I fell down with a thud on the ground...and the next day I noticed slight blood clots in my index and middle toe and swelling in my ring toe of my right leg...I have waited for more than a week for it to heal but in vain...could anyone prescribe any painkillers which can decrease the pain? Also, is there a need for me to check with a doctor regarding this issue?!

My mother is abut 55 years old and from the past few days she is having a lot of pain in her leg especially the left leg in knee and around shin bone . suggest some advice on how to cure this particular pain . she is about 100kgs and also is having asthma. this particular problem that i just mentioned about the pain started after she had the fever she also complains about the pain with great intensity and her vains in that region of pain also having something to do with this pain !!

Yesterday as I was jumping to sit on my bed with my hands down, I guess I bent my fingers too back and heard a crack and my index finger was immediately painful and I grabbed it. It swelled up, and was painful for a good 30 min or so, and I did have a weird numbness kind of feeling that went to the base knuckle of my middle finger.
