Bone & Muscle problems

I have to face an ankle problem which is just upper side of it. There is no osteo injury, I just suffering pain when I walk or take some rice, chhole, rajma, curd etc. I faced arthritis type of problem which is very smoothly now. But day by day I faced more diffulty when I walk up early in the morning. I faced pain when I study done sitting on the chair to hang my legs. I suffered pain. Recently this is initial phase which I faced too much Please give me suggestion. Thank you

A year ago i was playing cricket. I kept some extra pressure on my left Leg from then the side part of that knee starts aching. I consulted a doctor he prescribed some medicine and that was cured. But whenever i play cricket it starts to ache. I again asked doctor whether to go for scan , he said it is fine with your knee. I think the ligament part is paining. When i climb stairs i sometime hear trigger sound too

When I stretch and get up from anything my leg knees pain. This is happening from 2 Months and I also increased 4 kgs approx now I'm 80 kgs and aged 32, hieght 168cms 5.6 approx

After driving n playing in a beach I'm having body pain what medicine should I take

My weight is 110 kg and age is 23 and I am a female. I have knee pain but its not there daily. It usually pains after a heavy workout. And when i bend my knees it makes a crunching sound. What do I do? And what exercises do you recommend for the knees?

Pain in joints specially in knees and fever at night. Some red rashes on stomach and neck.
