I have genu valgum in my knees from childhood!! It's appears in trousers what should I do for permanent fix

Genu valgum or knock knees is a childhood growth abnormality most commonly due to insufficient Calcium and Vitamin D. Upto growing stage, we usually treat it by supplements. As the bone growing ends mature and fuse, we usually have to go for surgical options.
