I have a genu varum (bow legs) since childhood. Few days back i consulted an orthopedic, he suggested me if i'm not having any issues in walking, running or any other activities you should not undergo surgery. Be happy with it. I found this answer unhelpful, what would you suggest, while walking it looks really weird

if your deformity is not causing functional disability need not have to be correct, still if you want for cosmetic reason can go for surgical correction
