My wife is having pain & stiffness around neck and near by shoulder area from 3-4 days.
During general therapy session, we were advised by the therapist that this issue related to cervical pain.

Pain made worse by anti-inflammatory
I've had severe back and chest pain for the last four months.
My pain went from 6-7 to 9-10 when put on Arcoxia, after I quit it went back to what it was before. Now I've been prescribed Prednisone 20 mg a day and the bay has again been made a lot worse (9-10).
Could this point to the pain being caused by a bacterial infection?
