My son age 17 years suffering from spine pain when tested in "MRI SCAN" its mentioned as (Bilateral pars interarticularis defect at L5 with no obvious spondylolisthesis) thyroid stimulating: 0.79 iu/ ml Rheumatoid : 8.600iu/ml 25(oh)vitamin d: 17.2 vitamin b12: 199pg/ml uricase:5.30 mg/dl HLA B-27:NEGATIVE. DOCTOR SAYS ITS MAY BE PROBLEM FROM BORN, HE IS A GOOD DANCER , AND HE NEVER FACED THIS FROM CHILDHOOD,HE IS FACING FROM PAST 2 YEARS , IS THIS OK TO CURE.

• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily • . Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
