Good morning sir
Well it’s good 20 days post surgery so suture removal and pain part of treatment is over
Now the assessment of union is done at 4th And 6th week via x rays
If required dynamisation is done to accelerate healing
In general the implant removal is done 2 yrs post first surgery for lower limbs
But yes you can run after the the union of the fracture with the implant inside and also after 6 weeks post implant removal surgery
