Yesterday I was playing basketball and a girl had fallen and rolled on my ankle. At the time there was no pain, but today it feels like there is pain on the right side of my right foot below the ankle bone. When I walk I can feel the soreness, and when I bring my leg back and try to pop it, I can’t. It’s pain more towards the back of my foot but still kinda on the side under the right ankle bone. What should I do, I have a game tomorrow

Do Iceing over painful area for 10 min twice a day... Keep foot stable for as much duration before your match...
And as you start for match do some foot exercises as warm-up...
