Having a back ache from past 1 month
Hi doctors,
Need a help for my wife who is having a severe back ache from past 1 Month. We applied aansu balm, tried some general exercise for back but still she is having a pain. She has a pain only when she bent else she is normal. Can anyone provide some guidance/solution to a given problem.

80% of the backpain is because of mechanical cause and subside in 4 weeks with rest, analgesic and physiotherapy. But rest 20% needs assessment and further evaluation.
