Bone & Muscle problems

Having pain since last 3 month in my upper arm only in specific positions of the arm. Normally it doesn't feel any pain but when I move from backward to forward only then it feels pain. Also I couldn't pin point the pain point exactly. From backwards to forwards I couldn't pick a small things , but from front I could pickup heavy items without feeling pain. I tried pain relief bam , hot water and other things. Please guide me what could be the possible solution and which doctor I should consult. Thanks

4 years back I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. The doctor gave me medication for it and it had stopped. But few years later the pain is back and it's worse than ever, I cannot even lift my leg properly especially since winters have started now. What should I do now at home right now. The pain switched from my left leg to right.

Few days back I had pain in my shoulder and my gym trainer checked and told be this is a muscle over stretch due to which I took a week break then again started working out but now 3 days back I had very severe pain due so I got physiotherapy as I was told my shoulder dislocated now I got my x-ray and this is the x-ray I got. Should I be worried about this or this is a natural or normal way a shoulder should look?

Hello respected doctors. Im suffering from leg muscle pain from 2 months. When I start walking about 200-300 meters my left leg muscle starting paining & little cramp there. Sometimes in my thigh area or sometimes in lower calf area.. no tingling or burning there. When I sit in something pain decrease. I just visited neurologist he prescribed maxmela 50, gabator nt, skelebenz 15. Its been 15 days takimg those medicines but no cure. Ive bp problem.. taking asomex at 5 for bp. Plz help

I had coccyx xray lateral for tailbone pain since 4-5 months. Ortho doc said my tialbone angulation is outwards due to some trauma(maybe?). Attaching the xray. Is everything normal here apart from that? And i have encircled an area, which has dark bubbly look, what is that? Is that any abscess or pilonidal sinus? Please guide me. Or is that my tailbone protruding outwards?

I had a fibula Weber A fracture 8 weeks back and had cast for 4 weeks. After that 4 weeks partial weight bearing . Now the X-ray shows fracture healed and doctor told to start waking with full weight bearing.. but there is a lot of pain in heel while trying to walk even with soft shoe . No pain in fracture site .. why is pain in heel while trying to walk and how will it improve. I couldn't walk without walker as forgotten to walk and pain in heel . Please suggest

I have pain in my both arms which comes and goes from last 3 months, have done X-rays which seems to be normal as a precautionary taking vitamin B12 medicine also ,please help me why it so and why pain is not going is it something serious

Recently started getting butt pain between butt line. No physical pain on pressing. Attached pictures for pain points reference. Pain above in front of knee when sitting and getting up.climbing stairs up and down. Pain in shin . If I walk for a while . No swelling,not physical hurt,No alcohol/tobacco. Recent blood test a month ago done: Uric acid - 8.4, B12 ,Vid D - deficiency observed - Taking medication for the above and following diet restrictions. How to reduce butt pain ,knee and shine pain? Any exercises that can help and feel better faster. Kindly suggest .thank you

My father have knee joint pain when he walking  more but only one knee so he taking jointec glucosamine chondrtin type 2 I heard putting injection inserted into knee give 1 year support Is this right Below i have given image and wt to do now to prevent further damage of knee And any instructions he has follow any advice

Dear Doctor, I am suffering with both leg pains, my fingers and legs/hands became thin and tested with vitamine D & B12 found very low (10 & 180) then went through colour doppler test for my left lower limb  for the knee pains and attached report for your reference. Consulted doctor after advice using above knee stockings and taking D3 uprise and Nuhenz Forte and Calcimax Total as well. For blood thining taking Dafflon 500mg twice in a day. Its been a month of course and i have completed taking all these medicines, but still after a month also i am suffering from the leg pains and knee joint pains Requesting you to please help in this regards, and my foots were very dry during night time and I have to apply oil maslish before bed else i cant tolerate the inflammation.
