Hie plz help me to know difference between sacrolliatis or Si joint dysfunction. How to strong ligament around sacrum if stress on it

I did a dead lift in gym and now I have lower back pain. I am able to walk and also move around without any restriction but when i bend down i get pain. Is it something serious? An injury?

Hie after deadlift it happens 8 months back I'm suffering from si joint dysfunction left side.is it curable How ?

3 days back i found a dent here, it was not painful, no difference in colour, but currently the leg below it hurts when and after walking. What is this ?

I have 5 th metatrasal bone fracture. My doctor suggested me to have a cast for 4 week. After 3.5 week due to itching and frustation I cut my plaster. I am  comfortable in walking with mild pain  at fracture area zone . Should I go and have a new plaster or continue to put bandage at area . Suggest me.
