What can I do for relax my hand due to humerus surgery my elbow and triceps are stiff for plate fixation

Can i go to gym beacuse my humerous bone got fractured befor 5 years & it was joined naturally without any plate . By taking calcium it rejoined again , so i can lift heavy weights or not?

My 1.5 month baby have clubfoot of one foot In my area pediatric orthopaedic is not available. Do I consult normal orthopaedic for casting.

I got hurt in my waist left side after I fell from bike , the impact was a decent (speed 15kmph) . I don't have any issues other than this but my waist has pain once I am putting weight on it . I need to know if it is a fracture or a sprain as my exams are near.
