Back pain from 3 years Back pain not radiating in legs or hands Low vit. b12 level Low vitamin d3 level

8 months before I had tendon tear in right ankle and tenosynovitis in left.. so i had  sendentery life style..  now for 2 months I did wrist extension exercises due to which I'm having elbow and wrist pain.. my fingers joint is also painful.. please check below reports due I have Arthritis.. or it is general weakness... was having fever while taking blood test.. now I recovered...

Hello Doctor.. My sister, based in Dubai, had a fall in the house in November 23. She injured her knee. After that she was on physiotherapy. Her 2nd MRI was done on 21 Jan 2024, we need opinion about line of treatment based on these 2 MRI reports.

In 2 or 3 days intervals i have pain in my shoulder joints and keens joints or fingers pain with swelling and it will automatically goes after 24 hours or 48 why is this happening

From last 4days i am getting pain in sometimes in hands,fingers, sometimes in feet,toes. I thought it may be due to excessive use of mouse but I hold mouse in right hand whereas i also get pain in left hand.. seems it is traveling in hands and feet.. what is this called and what may be the reason. To which doctor specialist should i consult

Mother said she was having lower back pain since month we did x ray the report attached what does it tell dr is it something severe or dangerous. I am very very scared . Is it something life threatening pls clarify dr I don't understand anything in the report pls

I have pain in my left hand at the middle between shoulder and elbow since last 7 days I have already taken pain killer such as Pyragesic, and Etoshine MR but found no improvement. Please suggest how to cure from this pain.
